• Contact details you provide in a quote form (name, email, phone, postcode/suburb).
• Enquiry details (the service you want, property type, ownership, timeframe).
• Consent metadata — the exact consent wording you agreed to, a timestamp, and the page URL where you submitted.
• Technical data such as UTM parameters, IP address and browser, used for analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with up to three accredited installers relevant to your enquiry, to contact you about that enquiry, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information for unrelated purposes.

Sharing with installers

When you submit a quote request and provide consent, we share your enquiry details with up to three accredited installers so they can prepare quotes and contact you. Those installers handle your information under their own privacy obligations.

Consent and marketing

We only contact you about your enquiry on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. In line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), we will only send marketing emails or SMS if you have separately opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them via our cookie banner; you can decline without affecting your ability to request quotes.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting us at the details on our contact page. We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
